Terms and Conditions — StudioLinnor

Article 1 – Definitions

Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal. Consumer: the natural person who is not acting for business purposes. Entrepreneur: StudioLinnor. Distance contract: an agreement concluded via the internet without simultaneous physical presence.

Article 3 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements between Studio Linnor and the consumer.

Article 4 – The offer

All product descriptions are as accurate as possible. Obvious errors do not bind StudioLinnor.

Article 5 – The agreement

The agreement is concluded upon acceptance of the offer by the consumer. StudioLinnor confirms receipt by e-mail.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt of the product to dissolve the agreement without giving any reason.

Article 7 – Consumer's obligations during the cooling-off period

The product may only be inspected as in a store. The consumer is liable for any depreciation in value due to further use.

Article 8 – Exercise of the right of withdrawal

Notification via customers@studiolinnor.com. Return shipment within 14 days of notification. Return costs are borne by the consumer.

Article 9 – Refund

StudioLinnor will refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

Article 10 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are custom-made or manufactured to personal specifications.

Article 11 – Prices

All prices include VAT and will not be increased during the validity period of the offer.

Article 12 – Quality and warranty

Products comply with the agreement and reasonable quality requirements. The consumer's statutory rights always remain in force.

Article 13 – Delivery

Orders will be executed within 30 days at the latest. In case of delay, the consumer will be notified and has the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge.

Article 14 – Payment

Payment within 14 days after ordering. In case of late payment, statutory interest is due.

Article 15 – Complaints

Submit complaints via customers@studiolinnor.com. Response within 14 days.

Article 16 – Disputes

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.

Article 17 – Print-on-demand

Products are produced on order via an external fulfillment partner. Production time is 2–5 working days. In case of damage or incorrect delivery, the consumer is entitled to replacement or refund, provided it is reported within 14 days with photo evidence. StudioLinnor remains responsible for correct execution, even with outsourced production.
